Why I Built Desktop Edge
I frequently find myself wanting to drag an image or file from a web browser onto my desktop, or upload a desktop file into a form — only to find my desktop completely obscured by open browser windows and apps.
Desktop Edge solves this with a floating glassmorphism panel that slides out from the right screen edge the instant your mouse touches it. It stays floating above windows while dragging, then smoothly dismisses itself when your mouse leaves.
